• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

4 Intellectual Property

The software, website, and all original content (excluding user-provided data) are and will remain the exclusive property of BillBaazar. This includes all source code, designs, logos, and trademarks.

Our trademarks and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillBaazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or system failures
• Errors in data or reports generated
• Any actions taken in reliance on the service

6 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your own account, you may do so from your account settings at any time.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
